every runner has a story. it may be a short story. it may be a long story. but everyone has one. each runner can tell you about when they started and undoubtedly about their 1st race. they can tell you their favorite route/trail/loop they run on a daily basis and their favorite run of all time. in fact when you get a runner talking about running, its hard to get a word in edgewise. so how do you ask that runner for guidance?

that is what i am here for. i feel its time to share the knowledge ive gained, tips ive learned the hard way, and be the push you need where ever you are in your story! some need a little help to get started, myself included. others know exactly what they want but just arent sure exactly how to go about doing it. and some feel they are ready to make that jump to the next distance, however they arent ready to say it out loud to their friends and family. i have been a little bit of all of these at one point or another.

we will sit down together and make a plan that works for you. i want to help you to cross the finish line of that 5k, 10k, 1/2 marathon, or full marathon! we will start with where you are today and where you want to get to. 5k plans begin at just $9/week for an 8 week plan and 1/2 marathon plans begin at just $12/week for a 12 week plan. in person and online options are available!

whether its the beginning, middle, or somewhere in else in your running story, its time to write the next chapter!
